Through MyHealth International, April International features five different tiers of health insurance coverage. These include the Emergency plan, the Formule Basic plan, the Essential plan, the Comfort plan, and the Premium plan. 

In addition to covering medical repatriation, the Emergency plan only covers hospitalization costs for accidents or emergencies. Additionally, private rooms and comprehensive cancer care are not covered.
