My husband is a Dutch National and lives in Taiwan. He will not return to Netherlands. I have the Chinese (PRC)nationality , but join him in Taiwan. Reason why I consider myself an expatriate. In unknown future I might return to China. Note: my husband is covered by Taiwan's National Health Insurance. I have no access to that.
