I am traveling to Egypt for 9 days for a business trip, do you have insurance that will cover me

I have a 2 year contract in Saudi and an iquama. I am travelling to Egypt for 9 days and need travel insurance, is this possible? I will be returning to Saudi after the 9 days to continue my contract.
