Do you offer travel insurance to cover disease and injury

I'm a Japanese citizen and looking for a travel insurance for my trip to Bulgaria from November.2012 to January.2013. I hope it to cover more than 30,000 Euros for disease and injury. I wonder if it's possible. Thank you in advance. Iori
