MSH International Medical Plan Options
MSH international medical plans are available as an international health insurance option or a short-term international travel insurance plan. An international health insurance plan is designed for expats who travel frequently and for longer periods than a short-term travel insurance plan.
A short-term international travel insurance plan will cover basic medical emergencies and benefits, whereas an international health insurance policy can be customized to provide high levels of medical coverage, such as maternity or dental care.

Wellbeing and Wellness Coverage is available through MSH International’s Health plan. The Pearl, Sapphire, and Diamond tiers of coverage include a Preventative Package. This coverage package includes cervical screening, mammograms, prostate cancer screening, skin cancer screenings, and more.

MSH Health+ covers everything Hospi and Health does, with the addition of vision and dental benefits. Health+ is only available to members who have already chosen the Health benefits option.
MSH International’s Health+ Plan includes vision and dental coverage. Vision and dental coverage is customizable, allowing the policyholder to purchase one of four tiers of coverage. The four levels are called Quartz, Pearl, Sapphire, and Diamond.

MSH offers five geographic zones for its members to choose from to offer them the best quality-to-price ratio. As healthcare costs can be much higher in some countries than others, expats looking to save money can choose a zone with only the countries they plan on visiting.

MSH International Life & Disability Insurance Plans
MSH International offers a Lifeplan’Expat plan, with death and permanent disability coverage and the option of adding disability and income protection coverage. The Lifeplan’Expat protects your beneficiaries in the case of your passing and offers you financial support in case of disability.
MSH International Lifeplan’Expat Benefits and Coverage
Lifeplan’Expat provides a lump sum of money that can be paid to your beneficiaries in the event of your death, or it can be paid to you in the case of a permanent total disability. Members can choose the amount they prefer, anywhere between USD $30,000 and $1,200.000.
Members can also choose to double this amount in the event of an accident.
MSH International Life & Disability Optional Benefits
MSH members can choose the option of adding a disability benefit or an income protection benefit to their Lifeplan’Expat plans. These benefits offer additional coverage for unexpected events that could prevent you from working.
- Disability benefit: Offers a lump sum of up to USD $1,200,000 (depending on the degree of the disability) if you become disabled to cope with unexpected expenses.
- Income protection benefit: Provides financial support of 70% of your income in case of injury or illness prevents you from working. This support takes the form of classic daily allowances or short-term/long-term disability benefits.
