Renewing Your Policy
One year after the purchase of an international health insurance plan the policy will come up for renewal. One month before this date we contact you with a reminder of the details of your plan and outline any changes in coverage or premium that have been applied by the Insurer. It is then your choice as to whether you renew or not.
Automatic renewals of a poilcy is possible, and all you are required to do is select the 'auto-renew' option when applying for the plan. When you automatically renew your international health insurance plan rather than receiving a renewal statement you will be sent a confirmation letter outlining the continuing coverage.
Expatriate medical insurance premiums are calculated based on the policyholder's age and the plans geographic area of coverage; never on your nationality, occupation, or claims history. We give the assurance that you will always have the same renewal premium as everyone else in your age group.
International health insurance plans provided by Pacific Prime are generally guaranteed renewable for life, meaning you can remain with the plan for any length of time without having to worry about finding new cover for chronic conditions that may develop. Your plan will continue to provide you with comprehensive protection that you require.
