Pacific Prime's Second School Project in Phonsavanh, Laos
Phonsavanh Primay School is the second school that Pacific Prime helped to build by donating to Room to Read charity. The school is located in Northern section of the Keo-Oudom District and teaches children from kindergarten to grade 5.
There was a previous school in it's place that was built in 1966 and suffered major water damage during the rainy seasons. The building of this school means that 118 students could learn in a comfortable environment with the help of 10 teachers.
The community in Phonsavanh are very much involved in the education of their children and while Room to Read and Pacific Prime helped fund the project, the community came forward to help build the school.
