By Neil Raymond,
Global CEO, Pacific Prime CXA
“In conjunction with AIA SiIngapore - our long-standing insurance partner, Pacific Prime CXA is proud to present our upcoming event catered to HR professionals and corporate clients. Bringing together various thought leaders and experts, the event aims to shed light on the post-pandemic, global shortage of talent and provide a fool-proof strategy for companies to stay ahead of the curve.
We’ve invited Jasmine Koh from the Ministry of Manpower in Singapore to give us vital insight into the city-state’s regulatory landscape when it comes to talent attraction and retention, as well as representatives from AIA who’ll be talking about compensation strategies and employee benefits. I will also be sharing my thoughts on flexible benefits as an increasingly important tool to personalize employee’ benefits choices.
Allow me to briefly introduce our other speakers at the event. Dr. Fermin Diez has extensive experience in HR, including consulting, corporate, and academic roles in 40+ countries, and will provide an all-rounded perspective on compensation. While Alvin Fu, who oversees AIA Singapore’s Corporate Solutions segment, is passionate about the importance of employee benefits, the role of big data in managing healthcare costs, and the state of mental wellbeing in the workforce. Last but definitely not least, Aakash Mehta from Mastercard is incredibly experienced in the Rewards domain, having managed several key projects and worked with major vendors across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific.
Join us in this FREE event and stay abreast of the latest developments, as well as get a chance to network with like-minded professionals in your industry.”
