Founded in 2001, MSH China is part of MSH International and ranks among the leading high-end health insurance service providers in the region. With its headquarters in Shanghai, MSH China also has branch offices in Beijing and Guangzhou as well as service offices in Dalian, Wuhan, Shenzhen, Chengdu and Suzhou. In addition, MSH International has a branch office in Singapore to serve the rest of the Asia-Pacific region.
As the market leader, MSH China established the first Third Party Administrator (TPA) Service for international health and life insurance products early in 2001 locally in China; in 2005, it had the 1st international health insurance policy approved by CIRC (China Insurance Regulatory Commission).
MSH China has proudly built up the largest direct billing network in China, with around 500 top-ranking VIP Chinese hospitals and international clinics. It covers over 28 major cities including Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Chongqing, Dalian, Shenyang, Wuhan, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Hong Kong, Taipei and Macau.
MSH China has an excellent team consisting of over 200 individuals with different language skills all providing full-range comprehensive health insurance services including sales and marketing, enrollment, claims processing, pre-authorization, case management, emergency assistance, 24-hour customer service, network maintenance and more. From 2008 to 2011, MSH China was awarded with the “Preferred Service Provider for Locally Hired Foreign Employees" award by Global Business Group on Health (GBGH).
MSH China has been dedicated to providing high quality insurance services with international standards. Its Shanghai headquarters and Beijing branch passed ISO 9001 certification at the end of 2011, which made it the only international health insurance service provider with such certification in China.
