Following membership with ERGO in 1998, Globality Health has acquired various health insurance subsidiaries within Germany, India and China. With the launch of Globality Health in 2008, the health insurance company has consolidated its expertise and now focuses on international health insurance products for corporate organizations, individuals and families worldwide.

Today, Globality Health provides health insurance services for over 7.6 million customers across the globe, and has a premium income of over 5 billion dollars.

1998	Globality Health forms membership with the ERGO Insurance Group, one of the leading health insurance providers in Europe.
2004	Globality Health acquires Zurich (Germany), health insurance subsidiary of Zurich Financial Services, and GLOBALE.
2004	Globality Health acquires 19 percent stake of PICC Health Insurance Company of China, the first commercial health insurance company in China.
2006	Together, Apollo Hospitals Group and Globality Health form a Health Insurance Company in India.
2008	Globality Globality is launched, offering expatriate health insurance products and services under CoGenio and YouGenio.
2010	Globality Globality and SWICA (leading Swis insurer) sign an agreement to jointly market Globality Globality CoGenio within the Swiss market.
