    How to use the Bupa Hong Kong medical card service:

    Using a Bupa Hong Kong medical card allows you to directly pay for medical bills without needing to pay and claim.

    1. Policy holders should call the Bupa helpline to find out whether the treatment is included on the plan benefits.
    2. Prior to hospitalisation, complete a Hospitalisation Pre-admission Form and send to:
      Address: 18/F, DCH Commercial Centre,
      25 Westlands Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.
      Office hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday
    3. Bupa approves credit limit and issues a Guarantee of Payment letter to the hospital or medical facility.
    4. Claim form is completed by hospital prior to discharge
    5. In an emergency (outside of office hours) approval can be obtained from Bupa the next working day.

    Where can I use my Bupa Hong Kong medical card cashless claims service?

    The Bupa Medical card is accepted by over 1700 doctors including:

    • HK Sanitorium
    • Canossa
    • St. Teresa's
    • Union Hospitals

    If you do not have a medical card service OR you are not able to use your medical card service:

    Bupa Hong Kong members can follow the steps below to make a claim.

    Policy holders should call the Bupa helpline to find out whether the treatment is included on the plan benefits.

    1. Fill in a claim form (within 90 days of treatment)
    2. Send the claim form (with the requested documents) to:
      Address: 18/F, DCH Commercial Centre,
      25 Westlands Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.
      Office hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday
    3. Bupa may request further information.
    4. A decision is made on claim and reimbursement via a checque is sent to the policy holder.
