The claims process is made easy with no pre-authorisation required – after treatment a claim form is submitted and payment is received (up to the maximum limits selected).
Bupa cash claims:
- Receive treatment (ie dentist)
- Pay for total cost of treatment up front
- Fill in a claim form (within 90 days of treatment)
- Send the claim form (with original receipt attached and any other requested documents) to:
- Bupa Claims Department, 3 Anchorage Quay,Salford Quays, Manchester M50 3XL,United Kingdom
- Bupa may request further information.
- Bupa refunds the cost of treatment, up to limits on plan.
