Taking the average of the different demographics included in this year's report, premiums in the Middle East cover a range of USD 10,213 in Dubai to USD 8,153 in Iraq. While Dubai and Israel are in the top 10 most expensive countries, the others in the Middle East are largely in the middle of the pack, with Iraq being ranked as the 57th most expensive country on average.
