After that, apply for a foreigner\u2019s work permit notification letter, to which your employer will have to submit the documents mentioned above to the local labor bureau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The waiting time for the notification letter, which states your eligibility for working in China, is around 3-4 weeks.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Prepare and Gather The Necessary Documents<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once you get your notification letter in three or four weeks, gather the required documents in order to proceed with the China work visa application.
