Are you looking to secure health insurance during your stay in Thailand? Are you concerned about the cost of healthcare in Thailand? Do you want to know why it’s worthwhile to consider a Thai insurance company?
Keep reading this article to learn more about what Thaivivat has to offer.
This article will provide an overview of the importance of medical health insurance for expats, the qualification requirements, the available plans provided by Thaivivat, why you should consider choosing Thaivivat health insurance, and the advantages of working with an insurance broker.
Why Expats Need Thaivivat Medical Insurance?
Thaivivat offers comprehensive health coverage for expats living in Thailand by removing all obstacles related to Thai healthcare requirements; for instance, expats are not eligible for Thai universal healthcare, which requires them to pay for private health insurance plans.
Travelers, especially those venturing to outlying areas, need to be aware of the fact that adequate medical care may not always be readily available. Because of this, it is important to have a strategy in place that coordinates medical evacuations in the event that they are needed.
Finally, visitors to a foreign country may have trouble getting the medical care they need in an emergency or at affordable prices if they do not know the ins and outs of the local legal system. The right insurance company can efficiently handle your provider’s and insurance company’s communications, putting you under the care of a doctor immediately.
It is imperative to have a comprehensive medical insurance plan to cover the costs associated with accidents and illnesses that may occur while living in or visiting Thailand. This is why Thaivivat is a leading choice for expats in Thailand.

Over the years, Thaivivat has excelled at offering digital insurance plans to their clients, partnering with FitBit to provide the highest quality real-world evidence used to shape insurance plans, and enabling their policyholders to manage their plans on digital platforms.
What’s more, their digital insurance plans also provide health incentives for policyholders, offering discounts to those who meet daily exercise goals, such as the number of steps taken in a day or over the course of a month.
A Thai Insurer Knows Thailand Best
Thaivivat has in-depth knowledge of the local insurance landscape, regulations, and healthcare providers. Their expertise on Thailand-specific insurance practices will put you under the care of a doctor immediately and without barriers.
There are varying laws and norms in effect throughout the world, and expats may face astronomical medical bills and be denied emergency care if they are unaware of or have not researched the country’s healthcare laws in advance. This calls for the knowledge of a Thai insurer.
Affordability Without Compromise
It is Thaivivat’s goal to offer the most affordable medical health insurance without compromising quality. Their commitment to affordability means the increase in premiums always stays affordable and within the budget of their policyholders.
Thaivivat continuously offers ways for policyholders to reduce their premiums, for example, by providing the option to choose a higher voluntary annual excess and which benefits to prioritize. This is the Thaivivat difference.
