These plans are offered through Orient Insurance, and for each plan, you are able to choose your choice of medical network.

You can choose between the following medical networks:

  1. Comprehensive Network: This includes all medical providers in Orient’s UAE network.
  2. Comprehensive Network, excluding CCAD: This includes all medical providers in Orient’s UAE network, excluding Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.
  3. Standard Network: This includes all medical providers in Orient’s UAE network, with the exclusion of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, outpatient services offered at American Hospital, and hospitals in the Mediclinic Group.
  4. RN Enhanced Network: This includes Orient’s list of chosen medical providers that cover the full spectrum of medical services in the UAE.

Expats can add on optional dental, enhanced maternity, and repatriation plans to their coverage package. There are also several global health services that are included with each of the following three plans. Those global services are:

  • Expat Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Travel Security Services
  • Olive Health & Wellness Support Program
