Can you offer comprehensive health insurance?

Question: I am interested in a medical insurance unlike the local HMOs which are inefficient in coverage. I just want in-patient and out-patient coverage, no maternity or dental and if possible no deductible as well. Somewhere in the 200000 dollar range would be fine. Thanks
