Can I get health insurance in Slovakia?

Question: Hi! My boyfriend is from Iran, he will come to my country- Slovakia. He needs to get health insurance covering costs that may arise in connection with the "applicant’s repatriation due to illness in connection with the provisions of the Slovak Republic, with the minimum cover of EUR 30,000.” He will come to Slovakia for 3 months, because we want go get married.
