Established in 1992, William Russell is an international insurance provider of health insurance, life insurance and disability insurance products. William Russell have set time frames for each stage of the claims process, for example all inquiries are responded within one working day and all claims are processed within 5 working days. In a recent feedback survey, 96 percent of members were 'very' or 'reasonably satisfied' with the service they received when making a claim and 100 percent of customers were satisfied with the speed in which claims were processed.
