Claims for travel health insurance with ihi Bupa are divided into hospital or emergency and outpatient services.
To make a claim with IHI Bupa Health insurance for:
1. Receive treatment (ie dentist)
2. Pay for total cost of treatment up front
3. Fill in a claim form (within 90 days of treatment)
You will need to supply the following information:

4. Bupa may request further information.
5. Bupa refunds the cost of treatment, up to limits on plan.
