Cashless Claims Service

Using a cashless claims service, Allianz EFU members can receive treatment at an Allianz Network Hospital without the need to pay for medical treatment or submit a claim form.

Allianz EFU has a network of over 150 high quality hospitals. Some of these include: Liquat National, Fatama Memorial, Ittefaq Trust, Bilal Hospital and Shaukat Khanum. Hospitals have been carefully selected by Allianz EFU and are located in Pakistan's major cities and towns including Lahore, Islamabad, Hyderabad, Sukkur, among others.

Policy holders may attend Non Network Hospitals by paying for their treatment and submitting a claim after discharge.

Family Member Discount

Families can receive great discounts with Allianz EFU health insurance plans.

Allianz EFU will allow a 10 percent discount for families with more than three members:

Policy holders may attend Non Network Hospitals by paying for their treatment and submitting a claim after discharge.

• The discount will apply for the third member and onward members on the plan.
• The two eldest members on the plan will have to pay the full premium.
• Members on the plan can include: parents, grandparents, and children.

Discount on outpatient treatments

Allianz EFU offers discount on outpatient treatment at selected discount centres, event if outpatient treatment is not covered on your health insurance plan.

Discount centers are located in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi.

Allianz EFU members can attend the medical centers and receive discounts on consultation and investigations when they shoe their Health Card.

Please note: Allianz Approval will be required for MRI, CT and Thallium Scans.

Allianz EFU Helpline service provides members with access to claims assistance and other member services including:

Medical Emergency Hotline

Allianz EFU members can use the Emergency Hotline for immediate assistance, 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

The Allianz EFU Emergency Hotline is staffed with experienced medical doctors and health care professionals. The Emergency Hotline provides health advice hospital, locates specialists and hospitals, and can organize an ambulance or medical evacuation if required.
